Instructions for Intuit Users

Impact to Current Intuit (Quicken, QuickBooks, Mint) Users

The upcoming online banking upgrade may interrupt your connection to Intuit products and action may be required.

Here's What You Need to Know:

  • You should backup your data prior to 3/19
  • On 3/19 (or later), you should disconnect from your St. Mary’s Bank connection within your Intuit product, and reconnect to the new St. Mary's connection.
  • Auto Download will be unavailable until 3/27/19
  • Manual download will be available in the interim
  • Update instructions are for all Intuit products (Quicken, QuickBooks, Mint)
  • Mint product updates will be available on March 27, 2019
    • You should not log in until March 27 or later

How to Access eStatements

How to Access eStatements

The quickest way to access your eStatement is in the widget in the left hand side bar. In the overview section, you’ll see confirmation that you are receiving eStatements. Click on the statements tab and then click on view statements. You’ll then be brought to the eStatements portal, where you can access all of your eStatements and eNotices.

In the new system, Admins are now referred to as Master Users. Access the guide below for step-by-step instructions for Master Users including how to add sub users, create roles and permissions, and initiate wire transfers and ACH payments (for members who have opted in for these services).

Multiple User Access – Action Required If You Have Multiple Users

As the admin or “master user,” you will need to establish roles and permissions for existing sub users in the new system. (Please note: Sub users established by May 30 will be in the new system. You will need to recreate any new sub users established after May 30 in the new system and define roles and permissions.)
